I’ve been a professional Massage Therapist since 2006. After qualifying with ITEC in Holistic Massage Therapy, I then went on to do post graduate training in Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage in Brighton.

More recently I have trained intensively to do Sports Massage with Body In Motion Physiotherapists and was chosen to massage the elite athletes at the 2016  Marathon.

I use a combination of three techniques to create a massage routine that fits the wants and needs of each client that comes to me, whether it be a relaxing massage with soft touch or an athlete with serious deep muscle tension, I am qualified and experienced to do what is required every time.
